Gary Schwartz Professional Development Stipends
Professional development for the CHTEA membership has always been an important function of CHTEA.   Upon the retirement of Gary Schwartz from A-B Technical Community College, CHTEA membership chose to name the CHTEA Stipends in honor of  Gary in recognition of his unending leadership creating and leading  the annual Biltmore Professional Development experience for CHTEA
